تاثیر دوازده هفته تمرین ترکیبی (هوازی + مقاومتی) بر سطوح آیریزین و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان چاق غیرفعال

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: آیریزین از طریق تغییر در فنوتیپ سلول های چربی سفید به قهوه ای می تواند منجر به کاهش وزن بدن، بهبود حساسیت انسولین و تحمل گلوکز شود. از این رو هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر دوازده هفته تمرین ترکیبی بر میزان آیریزین و شاخص مقاومت انسولین در زنان چاق غیرفعال می باشد.
روش بررسی: در تحقیق نیمه تجربی حاضر 32 زن چاق (14±48 سال) به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس و هدفمند انتخاب و بصورت تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی و کنترل (16n=) تقسیم شدند. تمرینات ورزشی به مدت 12 هفته، سه جلسه در هفته بود که شامل تمرینات هوازی تداومی (20 دقیقه؛ 75-65 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره) و مقاومتی دایره ای (10 ایستگاه با 70 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه) بود. 24 ساعت قبل از شروع تمرینات و 48 ساعت پس از اتمام آخرین جلسه تمرین خونگیری انجام شد. در تحقیق حاضر از روش آماری تحلیل کواریانس استفاده شد (05/0 > P).
یافته ها: نتایج حاکی از افزایش معنی داری در سطح آیریزین (0001/0>P) و کاهش معنی داری در مقاومت به انسولین (0001/0>P)، وزن (013/0P=)، نمایه توده بدنی (031/0P=) و توده ی چربی (045/0P=) می باشد.
نتیجه­گیری: نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که تمرین ترکیبی (هوازی+مقاومتی) با کاهش وزن و توده چربی بدن و بهبود عملکرد انسولین روش مفیدی در بهبود ترکیب بدن و ارتقای سلامت زنان باشد.
