اثر 5 روز مکمل گیری ویتامین C بر استرس ایمونولوژیک ناشی از یک جلسه فعالیت هوازی درمانده ساز در زنان جوان

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: فعالیت بدنی و برخی آنتی اکسیدان ها مانند ویتامین C از عوامل موثر بر سیستم ایمنی هستند. تحقیق حاضر بر آن است تا واکنش سیستم ایمنی بدن را نسبت به مصرف ویتامین C متعاقب یک فعالیت بدنی هوازی تعیین نماید.
روش بررسی: در تحقیق نیمه تجربی حاضر، 24 زن 32 ساله به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و بصورت تصادفی به دو گروه 12 نفری؛ گروه اول تجربی (مصرف ویتامین C) و گروه دوم تمرین (دارونما) تقسیم شدند. در پیش آزمون اندازه گیری های پایه  از هر دو گروه  انجام شد. سپس به مدت 5 روز، روزانه یکبار به گروه تجربی 500 میلی گرم ویتامین C داده ‌شد. بعد از روز پنجم، مجددا از هر دو گروه نمونه گیری خون صورت گرفت. در نهایت روز ششم بلافاصله پس از فعالیت بدنی هوازی درمانده ساز ( آزمون بروس)، نمونه‌گیری خون بعمل آمد و سپس بمنظور بررسی های ایمونولوژیک به آزمایشگاه منتقل و پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، اطلاعات مورد نیاز جمع آوری شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که پس از فعالیت هوازی، میزان IgA، IgG به صورت معنی داری در گروه مصرف کننده ویتامین C، نسبت به گروه بدون مصرف ویتامین C بیشتر بود (05/0P<) در حالی که سطح کورتیزول پلاسما به صورت معنی داری کمتر بود (05/0P<).
 نتیجه گیری: مصرف ویتامین C متعاقب فعالیت بدنی هوازی بر سطح ایمونوگلوبولین های A و  Gو سطح هورمون کورتیزول سرم تاثیر دارد و آثار سرکوبگر سیستم ایمنی ناشی از تمرین را تا حدودی کاهش می دهد.
