چکیده

زمانی که مردان در معرض عفونت کرونا ویروس ) SARS-CoV-2 ( قرار میگیرند نسبت به زنان پیامدهای شدید این بیماری از جمله
میزان مرگ و میر بالاتری را نشان میدهند. این تفاوت احتما ا لا بهدلیل رفتارهای جنسی خاص، عوامل ژنتیکی، هورمونی و تفاوت
های جنسی در مسیرهای بیولوژیکی مرتبط با عفونت SARS-CoV-2 است. چندین عامل اجتماعی-رفتاری در مردان در مقایسه با
زنان در بیماریزایی دخیل هست. با این حال، تفاوتهای جنسی-بیولوژیکی و تأثیرات آنها بر پیامدهای SARS-COV-2 کمتر مورد
توجه قرار گرفته است. تفاوتهای جنسی-بیولوژیکی جمعیتهای سالم و همچنین شرایط خاص سن و جنس مانند بارداری و
یائسگی نیز مطرح است. به مطالعات بزرگتر با گزارشهای مربوط به جنسیت و تجزیه و تحلیلهای قوی نیاز هست تا مشخص
شود چگونه جنسیت قادر است که مسیرهای سلولی و مولکولی مرتبط با SARS-CoV-2 را تغییر میدهد. این کار تفسیر نشانگرهای
زیستی و مدیریت بالینی بیماران SARS-COV-2 را با تسهیل یک رویکرد پزشکی شخصی برای طبقه بندی خطر، پیشگیری و درمان
بهبود میبخشد. مطالعه مروری حاضر، مقالات موجود در مورد نشانگرهای مولکولی و سلولی پیشنهادی مرتبط با عفونت SARS-COV-2 ، ارتباط آنها با پیامدهای سلامتی و هرگونه تغییر گزارش شده بر اساس جنسیت را خلاصه میکند.
