علل استفاده از روشهای مختلف بیهوشی در سزارین در بیمارستان های آموزشی منتخب واقع در استان خوزستان

چکیده

زمینه و هدف بیهوشی یکی از خطرهای عمدهی عمل سزارین است و تصمیم برای انتخاب نوع بیهوشی به دلایل مختلفی
بستگی دارد. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی علل استفاده از روشهای مختلف بیهوشی در سزارین در بیمارستانهای آموزشی
منتخب واقع در استان خوزستان انجام شد.
روش بررسی پژوهش کیفی حاضر با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا انجام گرفت. جامعهی پژوهش شامل تمام پزشکان و
کارشناسان بیهوشی شاغل در دو بیمارستان آموزشی واقع در دو شهرستان بود. اطلاعات لازم از طریق مصاحبهی
نیمهساختاریافته با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند تا اشباع نظری دادهها به دست آمد. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای
کیفی بهصورت قراردادی تجزیهوتحلیل شدند.
یافته ها برای انتخاب نوع بیهوشی، دو تم اصلی اولویت از سوی پزشک و اولویت از سوی سازمان به دست آمد. اولویت از
سوی پزشک شامل اولویت نوع خدمت )ترجیح بیمار و ترجیح جراح( و دلایل تخصصی )عوارض کمتر، علمی و تکنیکی( و
اولویت از سوی سازمان شامل روتین بیمارستان )انتخاب اکثریت( و مدیریت زمان )کنترل بهتر زمان اتاق عمل( میشود.
نتیجه گیری روش ترجیحی متخصص بیهوشی برای سلامتی بیمار، علاوه بر علل علمی و تکنیکی، مطابق با اولویتهای جراح
و بیمار و همچنین، اولویتهای مدنظر سازمان تعیین میشود. برپایی دورههای آموزشی برای پزشکان بیهوشی و ایجاد
بسترهای انتخاب آگاهانه و تصمیمگیری آزاد از طریق ارائهی اطلاعات کافی و جامع دربارهی عوارض و منافع روش انتخابی
برای بیمار ضروری است.
