بررسی مقایسه‌ای یادگیری حرکتی صریح و ضمنی دست غالب و غیر غالب در جوانان

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: چگونگی عملکرد نیم­کره­های مغزی برای ایجاد حرکات، یکی از چالش­برانگیزترین مباحث علوم اعصاب می­باشد که در مطالعات مختلف با نتایج متفاوتی همراه است. تفاوت عملکرد دست غالب و غیرغالب جهت بررسی عملکرد نیم­کره­های مغزی مورد استفاده است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی تفاوت دست غالب و غیر غالب در یادگیری توالی حرکتی صریح و ضمنی می­باشد.
روش بررسی:60 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید بهشتی در دو گروه 30 نفره (یادگیری صریح و ضمنی) شرکت کردند. هر گروه خود به دو گروه 15­تایی تقسیم شد. گروهی با دست غالب و گروهی با دست غیرغالب تمرین را انجام می­داد. ابزار مورد استفاده، تکلیف زمان عکس­العمل متوالی است که در آن افراد گروه صریح از توالی ظهور محرک­ها آگاهی داشتند و افراد گروه ضمنی بدون اطلاع تکلیف را انجام می­دادند.
یافته­ ها: مقایسة خطا و زمان پاسخ در مراحل منظم در تکالیف یادگیری صریح و ضمنی در دست راست با دست چپ تفاوت معناداری را نشان نداد. سرعت یادگیری صریح از یادگیری ضمنی دست غالب بیشتر است(016/0=p).
نتیجه­ گیری: یادگیری حرکتی صریح و ضمنی دست غالب و غیرغالب یکسان می­باشد، بنابراین احتمالاً مناطق مغزی مربوط به یادگیری حرکتی با هر دو دست با یکدیگر همپوشانی دارد. یادگیری صریح بیشتر در دست راست نیز می­تواند به­علت غالب بودن نیم­کرة چپ در یادگیری صریح باشد.
