تأثیر 12 هفته تمرین مقاومتی بر سطوح سرمی اینترلوکین 10 و اینترلوکین 15 در زنان میانسال

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: افزایش سن، عموماً باکاهشی پیش‌رونده در فعالیت جسمانی همراه است که می تواند با تاثیر برروی کیفیت زندگی منجر به تغییرات منفی ساختاری و عملکردی در بافت های مختلف بدن شود و کارایی آنها را کاهش دهد. سطوح بالای سایتوکاین های اینترلوکین10- و اینترلوکین-15با طول عمرمرتبط است. هدف از این مطالعه تاثیر12 هفته تمرین مقاومتی، بر سطوح سرمی اینترلوکین-۱۰و اینترلوکین-۱۵در زنان میانسال می باشد.
روش بررسی: تعداد40 زن میانسال (59-40سال)، انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به 2 گروه مساوی تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی برنامه تمرینی مقاومتی را با بار تمرینی%65تا80٪1RM، به مدت 12 هفته انجام دادند. نهایتا، 48ساعت بعد از آخرین تمرین با خون گیری، سطوح اینترلوکین-10و اینترلوکین-15 با روش الایزا سنجش شد. برای همسان سازی داده ها ازآزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنف و برای اثر بخشی تمرین از آزمون تی مستقل در سطح معنی داری 05/0P< استفاده گردید.
یافته ها: یافته ها نشان دادکه میزان وزن وBMIدر پیش ازشروع تحقیق دربین گروه تجربی وکنترل تفاوتی وجود ندارد
(05/0 <P). اما پس از تمرین از لحاظ آماری معنی دار بود(05/0 >P). همچنین در سطوح اینترلوکین-10و اینترلوکین-15 پس از تمرین افزایش معنی داری مشاهده گردید(001/0= P).
نتیجه گیری: به نظر میرسد تنظیم افزایشی سایتوکین های ضد التهابی، می تواند تاثیر مثبتی بربهبود شرایط فیزیولوژیکی ناشی از تمرین مقاومتی در زنان میانسال داشته باشد. لذا توصیه می شود، جهت ارتقا بخشیدن به سطوح سایتوکاین ها به منظور افزایش قدرت و عملکرد توده عضلانی از تمرینات قدرتی استفاده کنند.
