تعیین اثر ال آرژنین و فعالیت بدنی بر سطوح پلاسمایی اندوتلین- 1 و بازدارنده بافتی متالوپروتئیناز- 1 درزنان یائسه مبتلا به فشاری خون بالا

چکیده

زمینه و هدف تمرین ورزشی و مکمل ال-آرژنین به عنوان راهکارهای موثر برای درمان فشار خون بالا شناخته شده است. هدف پژوهش
حاضر تعیین تأثیر تمرینات هوازی و مصرف ال-آرژنین بر سطوح بازدارنده بافتی متالوپروتئیناز- 1 ( TIMP-1 ( و اندوتلین- 1 ( ET-1 ( در زنان
یائسه مبتلا به فشار خون بالا بود.
روش بررسی در تحقیق نیمه تجربی حاضر 40 زن یائسه مبتلا به فشار خون بالا در چهار گروه مساوی شامل تمرین، تمرین+ال-آرژنین،
ال-آرژنین و گروه دارونما قرار گرفتند. مداخلات تمرین هوازی ) 60 تا 75 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب( و مکمل ال آرژنین ) 6 گرم در روز( به
مدت 12 هفته تکمیل شد. پس از گذشت 48 ساعت از آخرین جلسه مداخله، نمونه خون مشابه پیش آزمون برای اندازه گیری سطوح
TIMP-1 و ET-1 با روش الایزا جمع آوری شد.
یافته ها سطوح پلاسمایی 1-ET در گروههای تمرین و تمرین + ال-آرژنین نسبت به گروه دارونما و ال-آرژنین به طور معنیداری کاهش
یافت. همچنین، TIMP-1 پلاسما در گروه تمرین و تمرین + ال آرژنین نسبت به گروه دارونما افزایش معنیداری داشت. با وجود تأثیر
بیشتر تمرین همراه با مکمل ال-آرژنین، هیچ اثر هم افزایی بر سطوح TIMP-1 و ET-1 مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه گیری با توجه به نتایج تحقیق حاضر بهبود فشار خون در سازگاری به تمرینات هوازی در ارتباط با کاهش 1-ET و افزایش 1-TIMP می باشد و مکمل ال-آرژنین چه به تنهایی و چه در ترکیب با تمرینات هوازی اثر معنی داری بر تغییرات TIMP-1 و ET-1 ندارد.
