مقایسه اثر پوشیدن ماسک های پزشکی و پارچه ای هنگام تمرینات ورزشی بر عملکرد ریوی در مردان جوان سالم در دوران اپیدمی کووید- 1

چکیده

زمینه و هدف یکی از روشهای ایمنی در جلوگیری از سرایت بیمای کووید- 19 استفاده از ماسک میباشد. هدف تحقیق حاضر
مقایسه اثر پوشیدن ماسکهای پزشکی و پارچهای هنگام تمرینات ورزشی بر عملکرد ریوی در مردان جوان سالم در دوران
اپیدمی کووید- 19 بود.
روش بررسی در پژوهش نیمه تجربی حاضر 40 مرد سالم )میانگین سنی 40 / 29 سال، میانگین قد 30 / 175 سانتیمتر، میانگین
وزنی 37 / 73 کیلوگرم و شاخص توده بدنی 56 / 23 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع( بهروش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و بهصورت
تصادفی در 4 گروه فعالیت همراه با ماسک پزشکی، فعالیت همراه با ماسک پارچهای، فعالیت بدون ماسک و کنترل قرار داده
شدند. عملکرد ریوی با استفاده از اسپیرومتر اندازه گیری شد. مداخله تمرین بهمدت هشت هفته تمرین ترکیبی )هوازی-مقاومتی(
با تواتر سه جلسه در هفته انجام شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از آزمونهای تی وابسته و تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی
بنفرونی استفاده شد.
یافته ها تمرین ورزشی موجب افزایش معناداری در حجم جاری ) VT (، ظرفیت حیاتی ) VC (، ظرفیت کل ریوی ) TLC ( و اوج جریان
بازدمی ) PEF ( شد ) 01 / 0 > P (، اما در گروههای ماسک پزشکی و ماسک پارچهای سطح متغیرهای VT ، VC ، TLC و PEF در مقایسه
با گروه بدون ماسک بهصورت معنی داری پایینتر بود ) 01 / 0 > P (. ولی تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه ماسک پارچهای و پزشکی
وجود نداشت ) 05 / 0 < P ..)
نتیجه گیری نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان میدهد که استفاده از ماسک هنگام تمرین با افزایش مقاومت راه هوایی باعث کاهش
عملکرد ریوی میگردد
