اثر کروسین بر هورمون های محور هیپوفیز- بیضه در موش های صحرایی نر دیابتی شده با آلوکسان

چکیده

زمینه و هدف دیابت ملیتوس یک بیماری متابولیک است و سبب اختلال در سیستم تولید مثلی میشود. تحقیقات اخیر نشان داده است
ترکیبات اصلی زعفران مانند کروسین و سافرانال دارای اثرات فیزیولوژیک بسیاری در بخشهای مختلف بدن هستند.: با توجه به نقش
کروسین در تعدیل سیستم دفاع آنتیاکسیدانی، هدف از این مطالعه تعیین اثر کروسین بر محور هورمونی هیپوفیز- بیضه در موشهای
صحرایی دیابتی شده با آلوکسان میباشد.
روش بررسی در این مطالعه تجربی تعداد 28 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار به 4 گروه مساوی تقسیم شدند. گروههای شاهد، شاهد
دیابتی و دو گروه دیابتی تحت تیمار با کروسین. دیابت با یکبار تزریق داخل صفاقی 240 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم آلوکسان القاء شد. کروسین
با غلظتهای 50 و 100 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم ) 5 / 0 میلیلیتر( بهصورت داخل صفاقی و بهمدت 25 روز به دو گروه دیابتی تحت تیمار تزریق
شد. به حیوانات گروههای شاهد و شاهد دیابتی بهمدت 25 روز محلول سالین ) 5 / 0 میلیلیتر( تزریق شد. در پایان دوره تیمار، سطح سرمی
LH ، FSH ، استروژن، تستوسترون و دی هیدروتستوسترون توسط روش الایزا اندازهگیری شد. تحلیل آماری توسط آزمونهای One-way ANOVA و تعقیبی Tukey انجام شد. 05 / 0 > p معنیدار درنظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها در مقایسه با گروه شاهد دیابتی، تجویز کروسین با غلظتهای 05 و 001 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم بهصورت وابسته به دوز، سطح
سرمی هورمونهای LH ، FSH ، استروژن، تستوسترون و دی هیدروتستوسترون را بهطور معنیداری افزایش داد ) 05 / 0 > p .)
نتیجه گیری نتایج نشانمیدهد کروسین با افزایش فعالیتمحور هورمونی هیپوفیز- بیضه، سبب بهبود اختلالات هورمونی در موشهای
صحرایی دیابتی شود.
