مقایسه ی کیفیت زندگی، هورمون های تیروئیدی و گلوکز خون در زنان باردار فعال و غیرفعال

چکیده

زمینه و هدف بارداری یکی از دوره های بااهمیت زندگی زنان محسوب می شود. بهعلت نیازهای متابولیکی گسترده، بارداری بر اکثر
سیستمهای بدن اثر می گذارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسهی کیفیت زندگی، عملکرد تیروئیدی و پروفایل گلوکز خون در زنان باردار فعال
و غیرفعال بود.
روش بررسی در پژوهش حاضر، از بین زنان بادار مراجعهکننده به درمانگاه زنان بیمارستان امیرالمؤمنین اهواز )استان خوزستان( و تأمین
اجتماعی در سال 1401 ، 120 زن باردار بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. فعال بودن و غیرفعال بودن زنان باردار بر اساس پرسشنامهی
فعالیت جسمانی بارداری ) PPAQ ( سنجش شد. همچنین، آزمودنیها پرسشنامه های کیفیت زندگی ) WHOQOL-BREF ( را تکمیل کردند.
برای اندازه گیری هرمون های تیروئیدی و پروفایل قندی، خون گیری در آزمایشگاه بیمارستان بهصورت ناشتا انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده
از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری و تی مستقل تجزیهوتحلیل شدند.
یافته ها نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که زنان باردار فعال در مقایسه با زنان باردار غیرفعال، بهطور معناداری، کیفیت زندگی و هرمون
های T3 و T4 بالاتری داشتند. همچنین، زنان باردار فعال در مقایسه با زنان باردار غیرفعال، بهطور معناداری، قند خون ناشتا و قند خون
دوساعته و هورمون محرک تیروئیدی پایین تری داشتند.
نتیجه گیری بهطور کلی، مطالعهی حاضر بر اهمیت نقش فعالیت جسمانی در متغیرهای روان شناختی و فیزیولوژیکی زنان باردار تأکید
می کند و مداخلات ورزشی را در تحقیقات آینده پیشنهاد می دهد.
