تفاوت های توانایی تئوری ذهن پایه در کودکان پیش دبستانی دارای لکنت

چکیده

مقدمه: این تحقیق با هدف مقایسۀ توانایی تئوری ذهن پایه در کودکان پیش دبستانی دارای لکنت و همسالان طبیعی آنها و همچنین بررسی تأثیر تئوری ذهن روی شدت لکنت کودکان، به روش پژوهش مورد- شاهدی انجام شد.
روش کار: جامعۀ آماری شامل کودکان پیش ‌دبستانی دختر و پسر (۶ ساله) مبتلا به ناروانی گفتاری و طبیعی ساکن شهر زاهدان بود که از بین آنها، ۱۶ کودک مبتلا به ناروانی گفتار با روش نمونه‌‌گیری در دسترس که حداقل شش ماه از آغاز لکنت آنها گذشته و زبان همه آنها نیز فارسی بود انتخاب شدند. 18 کودک بدون لکنت نیز که از نظر متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی با کودکان مبتلا به لکنت همگن بودند، به عنوان گروه شاهد انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌‌آوری داده‌‌ها از پرسشنامه تئوری ذهن که روایی و اعتبار آن توسط قمرانی و همکاران در حد مطلوبی گزارش شده است، استفاده گردید.
یافته ها: داده‌های جمع‌‌آوری شده با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس، تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج بدست آمده مشخص نمود که کودکان دارای لکنت در آزمـون‌ تئوری ذهن پایه، نمرات بیش‌تری را نسبت به کودکان طبیعی کسب کردند و تفاوت معنی ‌داری بین دو گروه وجود داشت (0001>p).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های مطالعه حاضر می‌ توان اذعان نمود که کودکان دارای لکنت، به گونه‌ای متفاوت از کودکان بدون لکنت، محرک‌ های پیرامون را مورد توجه و تفسیر قرار می‌ دهند.
