بررسی کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات در مطب‌های دندانپزشکی: مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف:. اینترنت و فناوری اطلاعات بر ارائه خدمات دندانپزشکی تاثیر گذاشته و باعث افزایش سرعت و دقت، کاهش خطا و بهبود تشخیص و درمان شده است. هدف این مطالعه تعیین وضعیت استفاده‌ی دندان‌پزشکان از فناوری اطلاعات در مطب‌های شخصی آن‌ها و درصورت عدم استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات یافتن دلایل آن بود.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی-کاربردی که در سال 1396 انجام شد، 280مطب دندانپزشکی اهواز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها چک لیستی جهت مشخص کردن فناوری‌های مورد استفاده در مطب و کاربرد آن‌ها و پرسشنامه‌ای جهت تعیین دلایل عدم استفاده از فناوری بود که از طریق مراجعه مستقیم پژوهشگران به مطب داندانپزشکان تکمیل گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارSPSS16 استفاده گردید.
یافته ها: در 4/65 درصد مطب‌ها کامپیوتر وجود داشت. 1/43 درصد از مطب‌ها به اینترنت دسترسی داشتند. 1/34 درصد مطب‌ها از پیامک، 4/11درصد از ایمیل، 5/9 درصد از وب‌سایت، استفاده می‌کردند.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که علی‌رغم وجود امکانات نسبتاً مطلوب میزان استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات در مطب‌های دندانپزشکی پایین است. به نظر می‌رسد با اطلاع‌رسانی مناسب و آموزش به دندان‌پزشکان توسط وزارت بهداشت و درمان و مسئولین مربوطه می‌توان میزان استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات را به شکل قابل‌توجه ای بالا برد.
