قابلیت MRS در افتراق ضایعات خوش خیم و بدخیم پروستات

چکیده

چکیده
هدف : با توجه به غیر تهاجمی بودن , حساسیت و اختصاص یافتگی طیف نگاری تشدید مغناطیسی و قابلیت آن در تشخیص ضایعات پروستات در مراحل ابتدایی ، هدف از مطالعه حاضر مرور سیستماتیک قابلیت این تکنیک در افتراق ضایعات خوش خیم و بدخیم پروستات می باشد .
مواد و روش ها: جستجوی مقالات در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی PubMed ، Science direct ، Embase ، Cochran و Scopus با استفاده از کلید واژه های MRS & prostate , prostate cancer , prostatitis , BPH و نیز Magnetic resonance Spectroscopyانجام شد .چکیده و متن کامل مقالات توسط نویسندگان بررسی شد و مطالعات مربوطه جهت مرور سیستماتیک انتخاب گردید .
نتایج: حساسیت ، اختصاص یافتگی و دقت MRS به میزان 74.03 % ، 74.27% و 77.26% در افتراق ضایعات خوش خیم و بدخیم پروستات بود . افزایش کولین و میواینوزیتول ، کاهش سیترات و پلی آمین و نسبت حاصل جمع بالاتر کولین و کراتین به سیترات در ضایعات بدخیم به عنوان نشان گرهای اصلی مطرح شده اند .
نتیجه گیری: MRS به عنوان یک روش غیر تهاجمی دارای حساسیت ، اختصاص یافتگی و دقت مطلوب در مقایسه با سایر روش های پاتولوژیک و بالینی می باشد .
