تاثیر تمرینات هوازی تناوبی بر سطوح سرمی 25- هیدروکسی ویتامینD و شاخص‌های پیکرسنجی زنان چاق ودارای اضافه وزن

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: سطح پایین 25 –هیدروکسی ویتامینD  با چاقی و شاخص­های تن­سنجی در ارتباط است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر تمرینات هوازی تناوبی بر سطوح سرمی 25- هیدروکسی ویتامینD و شاخص­­­­های­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ تن­سنجی زنان دارای اضافه وزن و چاقی بود.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه نیمه ­تجربی، 20 زن دارای اضافه وزن و چاقی با دامنه سنی 30 تا50 سال و میانگین شاخص توده بدنی 59/2±71/31 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع مراجعه کننده به کلینیک جهاد دانشگاهی اهواز بصورت هدفمند انتخاب و به شکل تصادفی به گروه­ های مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرینی شامل 45-30 دقیقه تمرین هوازی تناوبی با شدت 70-50 درصد و 45-40 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه، به شکل ­­2 دقیقه تمرین و 2 دقیقه استراحت فعال، سه جلسه در هفته و به مدت هشت هفته بود. ویژگیهای آنتروپومتریک و سطح سرمی 25- هیدروکسی ویتامین D قبل و بعد از مداخله در هر دو گروه اندازه­ گیری شد. تحلیل داده ­ها با استفاده از آزمونt  مستقل و وابسته در سطح معنی ­داری (05/0≥P) انجام شد.
یافته ­ها: هشت هفته تمرین هوازی تناوبی باعث افزایش معنی­ دار سطح سرمی 25- هیدروکسی ویتامینD (002/0=P) و کاهش معنی­ دار درصد چربی بدن، نسبت دور کمر به دور لگن و شاخص توده بدنی گروه مداخله در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شد (05/0p<).
نتیجه­ گیری: بر اساس یافته­ ها؛ جهت بهبود وضعیت ترکیب بدن و افزایش سطح سرمی25- هیدروکسی  ویتامین D در زنان دارای اضافه وزن و چاق استفاده از تمرینات هوازی­تناوبی مفید می باشد.
