تأثیر تمرینات قدرتی بر برخی شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریک و پروفایل لیپیدی پلاسما در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان گلستان اهواز

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: فعالیت بدنی یکی از ارکان درمان دیابت می­باشد به همین منظور مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر تمرینات قدرتی  بر برخی شاخصهای آنتروپومتریک و پروفایل لیپیدی پلاسما در مردان دیابتی نوع 2 صورت گرفت.
روش بررسی: در این تحقیق نیمه­تجربی از بیماران مراجعه­کننده به کلینیک دیابت بیمارستان گلستان اهواز 20 مرد دیابتی نوع 2 با میانگین سنی 4/3±0/46 سال و قند خون ناشتای 5/31±75/148میلی­گرم بر دسی­لیتر که شرایط ورود به مطالعه را داشتند، انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به 2 گروه 10 نفره (تمرینات قدرتی و کنترل) تقسیم شدند. تمرینات ورزشی سه­بار در هفته و به مدت هشت هفته انجام شد. در پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون شاخص­های  بیوشیمی و آنتروپومتریک اندازه­گیری شد. برای تحلیل تغییرات شاخصهای اندازه­گیری شده از آزمون­های T-Test و سطح معناداری 05/0≥P استفاده شد.
یافته­ها: پس از دورۀ تمرین کاهش معناداری در میانگین نسبت دور کمر به دور لگن (021/0=P)  و افزایش معناداری در سطح لیپوپروتئین پرچگال پلاسما  (039/0=P) در گروه تمرینات قدرتی مشاهده شد، همچنین تفاوت معناداری در اختلاف مقادیر ایجاد شده در شاخصهای درصد چربی بدن (048/0=P) و نسبت دور کمر به دور لگن (039/0=P) بین دو گروه مشاهده گردید.
نتیجه­گیری: با توجه به یافته­های این مطالعه، به نظر می­رسد که تمرینات قدرتی می­تواند روش مؤثری در بهبود پروفایل لیپیدی و شاخصهای آنتروپومتریک در بیماران دیابتی نوع 2 باشد.
