بررسی آزمایشگاهی مقاومت به شکست عمودی در دندان‌های ترمیم شده با چهار نوع سیستم پست و کور

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: دندان‌های اندو شده با تخریب شدید تاج دندان با انواع  پست مورد بازسازی قرار می­گیرند. انتخاب مناسب بر روی طول عمر ترمیم نهایی تأثیر دارد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی مقاومت به شکست دندان‌های اندو شده ای است که با استفاده از  یک پست پیشنهادی و سه  پست متداول بازسازی شده‌اند.
روش بررسی: 40 دندان پرمولر اندو شده  از 1 میلیمتر کرونالی  CEJ قطع  شدند. دندان‌ها بطور تصادفی در چهار گروه تقسیم شدند: 1) پست و کور ریختگی، 2) پست فایبرگلاس و کور کامپوزیتی، 3) پست استنلس استیل پیشنهادی و کور کامپوزیتی و 4) پست تیتانیوم و کور کامپوزیتی. در تمام گروه‌ها از سمان رزینی پاناویا استفاده گردید. هر نمونه در بلوک‌ رزین آکریلیک مانت شده و در یک دستگاه universal testing با سرعت mm/min 5/0 بطور عمودی تحت نیرو قرار گرفت تا دچار شکست گردد. داده‌ها ثبت و با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و آزمون Tukey مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: مقاومت به شکست در دندان‌های ترمیم شده با پست و کور ریختگی (162 نیوتن) نسبت به سه روش دیگر بطور معنی‌دار بالاتر بود(001/0>P). مقاومت به شکست گروه فایبرگلاس (133 نیوتن) بیش از گروه پست استنلس استیل و تیتانیوم بود (001/0>P). تفاوت مقاومت به شکست بین گروه پست استنلس استیل (102 نیوتن) و گروه  تیتانیوم (90 نیوتن) معنی‌دار نبود (28/0= P).  
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد مقاومت به شکست پرمولرهای اندو شده که با  پست ریختگی و فایبرگلاس بازسازی شده‌اند در مقایسه با پست استنلس استیل و  تیتانیوم بیشتر می‌باشد.
