بررسی شیوع کمبود روی در لوسمی و لنفوم

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به نقش آنتی­اکسیدانی روی در بدن، کمبود روی می­تواند به­عنوان یکی از عوامل زمینه­ای مستعدکنندة بروز و پیشرفت سرطان مطرح شود. در این مطالعه میزان کمبود روی در بیماران مبتلا به انواع لوسمی و لنفوم در مقایسه با افراد نرمال مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
روش بررسی:50 فرد مبتلا به انواع لوسمی و لنفوم به­عنوان جمعیت بیمار  و 50 فرد سالم به­عنوان جمعیت شاهد انتخاب شدند. محدودة سنی هر دو گروه بیمار و شاهد در دامنة 10 تا 30 سال قرار داشت. روش اتمیک ابزورپشن جهت اندازه­گیری غلظت روی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. روش­های آماری t-test و همبستگی پیرسون جهت آنالیز آماری استفاده شدند.
یافته­ها: میانگین غلظت سرمی روی در جمعیت افراد بیمار برابر با (g/Lµ) 3/730 و در افراد نرمال برابر با (g/Lµ) 6/935 بود که تفاوت این دو از نظر آماری معنادار بود (05/0p<). در هر دو گروه بیمار و نرمال میانگین غلظت سرمی روی در دو جنس زن و مرد تفاوت معناداری نشان نمی­داد
(1= p، 77/0=p). در هر دو گروه بیمار و نرمال غلظت سرمی روی با افزایش سن رابطه معناداری نداشت (34/0=p و 19/0 =r ) و (27/0= p و 18/0 =r )
 نتیجه­گیری: نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که در افراد مبتلا به لوسمی و لنفوم مسألة کمبود روی یک مشکل جدی محسوب می­شود.
