مقایسة لابراتواری میزان سختی یک نوع کامپوزیت Core، در دو روش مختلف قراردهی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف از این مطالعه، مقایسة لابراتواری میزان سختی یک نوع کامپوزیت کور (Core) در بازسازی کامل دندان،‌ در روش­های قراردهی قطعه­ایو توده­ای(Bulk)  بود.
روش بررسی: ده نمونة استوانه­ای از کامپوزیت Clearfil Photo Core-Iight Cure (Kuraray/Japan) که ترنسلوسنت و تک­رنگ است، در سرنگ­های انسولین تا ارتفاع نه میلی­متر تهیه شد. نیمی از آنها با روش قرار دهی قطعه­ای ‌با قطعات دو میلی­متری و نیمی از آنها با روش قراردهی توده­ای ساخته شد. نوردهی با شدت mw/cm2650 و به­مدت 40 ثانیه بود. نمونه­ها به طور طولی برش خورده و در اپوکسی رزین مانت شدند. میکروسختی ویکرز از سطح هر نمونه در عمق­های 1 تا 9 میلی­متری اندازه­گیری شد.
یافته­ها: میزان سختی عمق­های معادل، در روش قراردهی توده­ای بیشتر از روش قراردهی قطعه­ای بود. در هر دو روش قراردهی، تفاوت معناداری در سختی بین عمق­های یک تا نه میلی­متری نبود.  
نتیجه­گیری: جهت دستیابی به عمق کیورینگ مناسب در هر کامپوزیت، با توجه به ترکیب و رنگ آن، باید شرایط نوردهی استاندارد آن کامپوزیت خاص را رعایت نمود.
