بررسی مقایسه‌ای تأثیر استفاده از محلول کلرهگزیدین بر ریزنشت دو نوع مادۀ مورد استفاده در درمان پیت و فیشور سیلانت

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: سیل لبه­ای مواد فیشورسیلانت برای موفقیت درمان بسیار مهم است. هدف از این مطالعه، مقایسۀ اثر محلول کلرهگزیدین بر ریزنشت دو نوع مادۀ مورد استفاده در درمان فیشورسیلانت است.
روش بررسی: سطح اکلوزال 60 دﻧﺪان مولر ﻛﺸﻴﺪه ﺷﺪۀ ﺳﺎﻟﻢ پس از تمیز شدن، با اسیدفسفریک 38% اچ شده، شسته و خشک گردید. دندان­ها ﺑﻪ چهار ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺴﺎوی ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ ﺷﺪند و هر گروه با روشی خاص سیلانت گذاری شد: گروهA: باندینگ (DenTASTIC) + کامپوزیت قابل جریان(FLOWS-RITE )، گروهB: باندینگ + فیشورسیلانت(SEAL-RITE)،گروهC: کلرهگزیدین2 %(Consepsis) + باندینگ+ کامپوزیت قابل جریان، گروهD: کلرهگزیدین 2%+ باندینگ + فیشورسیلانت. پس از سیلانت­گذاری، نمونه­ها تحت چرخۀ حرارتی قرار گرفتند و تمام قسمت­های آنها توسط دو لایۀ لاک ناخن به گونه­ای پوشیده شد که تنها یک منفذ به فاصلۀ5/1 میلی­متری از لبۀ مادۀ ترمیمی بدون پوشش باقی بماند. سپس دندان­ها ﺑﻪﻣﺪت 4 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ در محلول متیلن بلو 2% ﻗﺮار داده شدند. در نهایت دندان­ها در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺎﻛﻮﻟﻴﻨﮕﻮاﻟﻲ ﺑﺮشداده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و رﻳﺰﻧﺸﺖ آنها ﺑﻪﻛﻤﻚ اﺳﺘﺮﻳﻮﻣﻴﻜﺮوﺳﻜﻮپ و با استفاده از یک مقیاس درجه­بندی چهارگانه ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. آنالیز داده­ها توسط آزﻣـﻮنکروسکال والیس و مان ویتنی صورت پذیرفت.
ﻳﺎﻓتهﻫﺎ: رﻳﺰﻧﺸﺖ هیچ یک از چهار گروه مورد مطالعه، ﺑﺎ ﻳﻜﺪﻳﮕﺮ اﺧﺘﻼف آﻣـﺎری ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ (05/0P>).
ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪﮔﻴری: کامپوزیت قابل جریان سیل لبه­ای مشابهی با فیشورسیلانت معمول دارد. هم­چنین کاربرد کلرهگزیدین قبل از سیلانت­گذاری، تأثیر مخربی روی میزان ریزنشت مواد سیلانت ندارد. مطالعات آزمایشگاهی و بالینی با تعداد نمونۀ بیشتر در این زمینه پیشنهاد می­گردد.
