گوناگونی ژنتیکی ایزوله های سالمونلا انتریکا سرووار انتریتیدیس جمع آوری شده از مراکز درمانی شهر کرمان با استفاده از روش ERIC-PCR

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: سالمونلوز یکی از مهمترین بیماری های عفونی مشترک انسان و حیوانات است. سالمونلا انتریتیدیس یکی از رایجترین سروتایپ هایی است که باعث گاستروانتریت در انسان می شود. مطالعات اپیدمیولوژیک و تایپینگ مولکولی سویه های سالمونلا می­تواند استراتژی های پیشگیری بیماری های عفونی و اقدامات کنترلی را بهبود بخشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، ارزیابی تنوع ژنتیکی سویه های سالمونلا انتریکا سرووار انتریتیدیس جدا شده از نمونه های انسانی به روش ERIC-PCR بود.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه مقطعی سویه های سالمونلا از بیماران مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی شهر کرمان جداسازی شد. شناسایی سویه های انتریتیدیس با استفاده از روش های استاندارد میکروبیولوژی و بیوشیمیایی و سروتایپینگ انجام شد.تایپینگ مولکولی سویه ها با روش ERIC-PCR مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.
یافته­ ها: 48 سویه به عنوان سالمونلا انتریکا سرووار انتریتیدیس تائید شد. آنالیزهای ERIC-PCR سویه­ها را در 13 خوشه دسته بندی کرد(E1-E13). 18 سویه (37. 5 درصد،) با داشتن الگوی مشابه در کلاسترهای E9 و E13 قرار گرفتند.
نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج نشان داد که سویه های سالمونلا انتریتیدیس از نظر ژنتیکی ناهمگون بوده و می توان آنها را به خوشه­های مختلف ERIC نسبت داد. نتایج مشخص کرد که ERIC-PCR روشی مناسب برای تماییز ژنوتیپی سویه های جدا سازی شده  S.enteritidis است.
