سنجش اثربخشی مدل حمایتی صرع بر ابعاد عملکردی و روانی کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به صرع مراجعه‌کننده به انجمن صرع خرم‌آباد

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: صرع به عنوان یک اختلال نورولوژیک مزمن، تأثیرات چندبعدی قابل‌توجهی بر کیفیت زندگی بیماران دارد که فراتر از کنترل تشنج‌ها است. اگرچه مداخلات حمایتی نقش مهمی در مدیریت بیماری‌های مزمن ایفا می‌کنند، شواهد کافی در مورد کفایت ساختارهای حمایتی موجود برای پوشش کامل همه ابعاد کیفیت زندگی، به‌ویژه جنبه‌های روانی، محدود است. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تأثیر اجرای مدل حمایتی صرع، به عنوان یک مدل جامع ایرانی، بر ابعاد مختلف کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به صرع مراجعه‌کننده به انجمن صرع خرم‌آباد انجام شد.
روش پژوهش: این مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی با طرح دوگروهی (کنترل و مداخله) در سال ۱۴۰۳ اجرا شد. تعداد ۶۴ بیمار مبتلا به صرع به‌صورت در دسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی ساده در دو گروه جای گرفتند. گروه مداخله طی شش جلسه آموزشی یک‌ساعته با تمرکز بر مداخلات روانی، رویکردهای روان‌درمانی و اصلاح ساختارهای حمایتی آموزش دید. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های دموگرافیک و استاندارد کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به صرع گردآوری و با آزمون‌های T زوجی و مستقل در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۱ تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: مدل حمایتی صرع سبب بهبود معنادار در کیفیت کلی زندگی (P<0.001) و ابعاد نگرانی از تشنج (p=0.017)، انرژی/خستگی (p=0.018)، عملکرد شناختی (P<0.001)، اثرات دارویی (P=0.002) و عملکرد اجتماعی (P=0.008) شد. با این حال، تأثیر آماری معناداری بر بُعد سلامت روانی مشاهده نگردید (P=0.293).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد مدل حمایتی آموزشی-روانی در بهبود جنبه‌های عملکردی، شناختی و نگرانی‌های مرتبط با تشنج مؤثر است. اما برای ارتقای سلامت روانی بیماران، نیاز به برنامه‌های درمانی طولانی‌مدت‌تر و متمرکزتر وجود دارد.
