مقایسه اثر همزمان مصرف طولانی مدت مکمل کافئین و تمرینات ورزشی بر سطوح سرمی اینترلوکین- 6 و ترکیب بدن در مردان چاق

چکیده

زمینه و هدف کافئین یک آلکالوئید پورینی میتلدار است که اثرات ض داکسایشی و ض دالتهابی دارد؛ بنابراین هدف از مطالعه حاضر، تعیین
تأثیر مصرف طولان یمدت کافئین و تمرینات هوازی بر سطوح سرمی اینترلوکین- 6 و ترکیب بدن در مردان چاق بود.
روش بررسی در این مطالعه کنتر لشده تصادفی، 40 مرد چاق با میانگین سنی 74 / 2 ± 8/ 32 سال و میانگین شاخص توده بدنی
1/37 30/98± کیلوگرم/مترمربع ب هصورت تصادفی در 4 گروه 10 نفری: دارونما، مکمل، دارونما+آزمایش و مکمل+آزمایش قرار گرفتند.
برنامه تمرین هوازی شامل دویدن با شدت % 55 - HRmax 85 به مدت 8 هفته، 25 - 45 دقیقه و 3 جلسه در هفته بود. میزان مصر ف
مکمل، روزانه 500 میل یگرم کافئین و دارونما نیز شامل کپسو لهای 500 میل یگرم حاوی مالتو دکسترین بود. نمون هگیری خونی پس
از 12 ساعت ناشتایی قبل از شروع مطالعه و 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه آزمایشی جهت انداز هگیری سطوح اینترلوکین- 6 انجام شد.
داد هها با استفاده از آزمون آنووای د وطرفه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی در سطح 05 / P<0 تجزی هوتحلیل شد.
یافت هها در گرو ههای دارونما+آزمایش و مکمل+آزمایش، کاهش معناداری در سطح سرمی اینترلوکین- 6 نسبت به گروه کافئین و دارونما
در پ سآزمون مشاهده شد ) 05 / P<0 (. همچنین کاهش معناداری در شاخص توده بدنی گرو ههای دارونما+آزمایش و مکمل+آزمایش و
مکمل نسبت به گروه دارونما در پ سآزمون مشاهده شد ) 05 / .) P<0
نتیج هگیری براساس یافت ههای پژوهش حاضر، م یتوان نتیجه گرفت که تمرین هوازی و همچنین تمرین هوازی همراه با مصرف کافئین
به واسطه کاهش عوامل التهابی م یتواند در کاهش التهاب و بهبود ترکیب بدن افراد چاق مؤثر باشد.
