ارتباط سنجی تغییرات آلودگی هوای شهری با میزان مرگ بیماران قلبی عروقی و تنفسی «مطالعه موردی شهر اهواز دربازه زمانی 1387 لغایت 1396»

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین تعداد مرگ بیماران قلبی – عروقی و بیماران تنفسی با میانگین غلظت شاخص های عمده کیفیت آلودگی هوا "”AQI شامل NO2 ، SO2 ، CO ،O3 وPM10 در دوره زمانی 10ساله از 1387 لغایت 1396 در شهر اهواز صورت پذیرفته است.
روش بررسی: ین مطالعه تحلیلی در سال 1398 بر اساس اطلاعات 10 ساله در شهر اهواز انجام شد. داده های مربوط به مراجعه کنندگان و تعداد مرگ ومیر بیماران قلبی و تنفسی، از طریق سیستم HIS (Hospital Information System) بیمارستانی و داده های مربوط به آلاینده های هوا از ایستگاههای سنجش و پایش کیفیت هوای شهر اهواز در شهر اهواز اخذ گردیده است. برای ارزیابی اثرات هر آلاینده و میزان مراجعه ومرگ بیماران قلبی و تنفسی، داده ها توسط نسخه چهار نرم افزار SPSS و به روش رگرسیون با توزیع پواسون مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. فاصله اطمینان در سطح 95% و سطح معنی داری در این مطالعه 5% در نظر گرفته شده است.
یافته ها: براساس نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون پواسون، بین میانگین غلظت آلاینده های NO2 وCO وSO2 با میزان مرگ بیماران با تشخیص مشکلات تنفسی ارتباط معنی دار مشاهده گردید. همچنین بین میانگین غلظت آلاینده های NO2 و COوPM با میزان مرگ بیماران با تشخیص مشکلات قلبی عروقی نیز ارتباط معنی دار مشاهده گردید.
نتیجه گیری: از این مطالعه چنین نتیجه گیری میشود که آلاینده های هوا سبب افزایشرمیزان مرگ بیماران با تشخیص مشکلات قلبی عروقی و تنفسی می شوند.
