تاثیر 6 هفته آب درمانی بر انعطاف پذیری شناختی و کیفیت زندگی زنان بهبود یافته از سرطان پستان

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: سرطان پستان یکی از شایعترین سرطان‌ها در بین زنان است. ابتلا به سرطان می‌تواند افراد را مستعد مشکلات روانی کند و از کیفیت زندگی آنها بکاهد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر 6 هفته تمرین آب درمانی بر انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی و کیفیت زندگی زنان نجات یافته از سرطان پستان بود.
روش بررسی: مطالعه‌ی حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش حاضر زنان نجات یافته از سرطان پستان بود که از بین آنها 40 نفر از افراد به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و به صورت تصادفی ساده در دو گروه 20 نفره آزمون و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمون به مدت 6 هفته، هفته‌ای 4 جلسه و جلسه‌ای 60 دقیقه تمرین درآب را انجام دادند و برای گروه کنترل هیچ‌گونه مداخله‌‌ای صورت نگرفت. در هر گروه قبل و بعد از انجام مداخله به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه کیفیت‌زندگی سازمان‌بهداشت ‌جهانی‌(1996) و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی استفاده شد. برای تحلیل نتایج از آمار توصیفی و تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: انجام تمرینات آب درمانی کیفیت زندگی و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی را در گروه تجربی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، به طور معنی‌داری افزایش داده است‌(05/0p <).
نتیجه‌گیری: تمریات آب درمانی به طور موثری باعث بهبود کیفیت‌زندگی و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی بالا در زنان نجات یافته از سرطان پستان می‌شود. توصیه می‌شود از این رویکرد درمانی برای ارتقا کیفیت‌زندگی و بالا بردن انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی زنان نجات یافته از سرطان پستان استفاده شود.
