اثربخشی مداخله مبتنی بر تعامل همه جانبه و تعاملات و رابطه اجتماعی کودکان دارای اختلال طیف اوتیسم

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی اثر‌بخشی مداخله تعامل همه جانبه بر تعاملات اجتماعی و ارتباط اجتماعی کودکان دارای اختلال طیف اوتیسم است. اختلال طیف اوتیسم یکی از اختلالات رشد است و تا کنون روش‌های مختلفی جهت کاهش علایم آن ایجاد شده، در این پژوهش روش تعامل همه جانبه مورد آزمون قرار گرفته است.
روش: این پژوهش به دلیل بکار گیری نمونه غیره تصادفی نیمه آزمایشی و با گروه کنترل و مرحله پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون می‌باشد. جامعه این پژوهش شامل کودکان دارای اختلال طیف اوتیسم است که به وسیله نمونه گیری دردسترس از میان مراکز اوتیسم شهر اهواز مرکز نهال انتخاب و تعداد 11 کودک در گروه آزمایش و 11 نفر نیز در گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. از مقیاس درجه‌بندی اوتیسم گیلیام (گارس) جهت اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای پژوهش استفاده‌شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج از روش‌های آماری توصیفی شامل میانگین و انحراف معیار و به منظور بررسی اثر بخشی مداخله از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیری استفاده شد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته ها روش تعامل همه جانبه بر بعد تعامل اجتماعی موثر است ولی بر بعد ارتباط موثر نبود. بعد ارتباط عمدتا کاربرد زبان را در بر می گیرد و حوزه اختصاصی تری نسبت به تعامل به طور عام است بنابراین اثربخشی این روش بر تعامل اجتماعی تایید شد ولی بر ارتباط اجتماعی مورد تایید قرار نگرفت.
