بررسی اثر تمرین هوازی به همراه سلول های بنیادی بر سطوح برخی از شاخص های آپوپتوزی بافت قلب موش های نر نژاد ویستار مدل استئوآرتریت

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: استئوآرتریت یک بیماری شایع و دردناک مفصلی با علت نامعلوم می باشد. در این مطالعه تاثیر سلول بنیادی مزانشیمی و تمرین هوازی بر شاخص های آپوپتوز (BAX و BCL2) بافت قلب موش های نر ویستار مدل استئوآرتریت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه تجربی، تعداد 42 موش نر(6 تا 8 هفته ای، با میانگین وزنی 250 تا 300 گرم)، به دو گروه استئوآرتریت (n=35 )و کنترل (n=7) تقسیم شدند. استئوآرتریت از طریق جراحی در موش ها القاء و موش های مدل استئوآرتریت به 5 زیر گروه 7 سری شامل بیمار، سالین، سلول ، تمرین و سلول+تمرین، تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرین به مدت 8 هفته و 5 روز در هفته انجام شد. بیومارکرهای آپوپتوزی شامل پروتئین های BAX و BCL2 بافت قلب موشها به روش ELISA اندازه گیری شد. نتایج با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکراهه تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها : غلظت BAX در گروه های بیمار و سالین در مقایسه با سایر گروه ها به طور معنی داری بیشتر و غلظت BCL2 در گروه های بیمار و سالین در مقایسه با سایر گروه ها به طور معنی داری کمتر بود (P<0.001). تمرین هوازی و سلول بنیادی به تنهایی و یا تمرین هوازی همراه با سلول بنیادی، سبب افزایش معنی داری در غلظت BCL2 و کاهش معنی داری در غلظت BAX گردید (P<0.001).
نتیجه گیری: استئوآرتریت سبب افزایش آپوپتوز سلولهای قلبی می گردد. اگرچه سلول بنیادی دارای اثرات ضدآپوپتوزی می باشد، اما درمان ترکیبی آن با تمرین هوازی موثرتر می باشد.
