مقایسه تاثیر دو روش تمرینات ثبات مرکزی رایج و ثبات مرکزی تعلیقی بر درد، کیفیت زندگی و تحمل عضله مولتی فیدوس افراد مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: کمردرد به عنوان یکی از شایع ترین و پر هزینه ترین مشکلات طبی و علت اصلی غیبت از کار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر تمرینات ثبات مرکزی رایج و تمرینات تعلیقی ویژه بر درد، میزان تحمل عضله مولتی فیدوس و کیفیت زندگی افراد دارای کمردرد مزمن غیر اختصاصی انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این تحقیق نیمه تجربی بوده و جامعه آماری رابیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن مراجعه کننده به کلینیکهای مغز و اعصاب و ارتوپدی های شهر و همچنین مرکز سلامت و تندرستی سماء شهرستان نیشابور تشکیل می دهد. شدت درد، کیفیت زندگی و میزان تحمل عضله مولتی فیدوس به ترتیب با استفاده از پرسشنامه های کیوبک و پرسشنامه فرم کوتاه 36 کیفیت زندگی و برای سنجش میزان تحمل عضله مولتی فیدوس (آستانه خستگی) از ثبت فعالیت عضلانی حین اجرای تست سورنسن استفاده گردید . این اندازه گیری ها دی پیش آزمون و پس از12 هفته ورزش های ثبات دهنده در هر دو گروه تکرار گردید.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد هردو نوع تمرینات ثباتی باعث کاهش در میزان درد ( p<0/001 ) و افزایش تحمل پذیری عضله مولتی فیدوس( کاهش خستگی در عضلات ) ( p<0/001 ) و همچینین بهبود کیفیت زندگی ( p<0/001 ) در بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیر اختصاصی شد. که این نتایج در تمرینات معلق ویژه مشهود تر بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: تمرینات ثبات مرکزی معلق با توجه به اثرات مطلوب تر خود بر روی بیماران می تواند برتر از تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بر روی سطوح ثابت برای اینگونه بیماران استفاده شود.
