ارزیابی علل همسرآزاری در مراجعین به سازمان پزشکی قانونی خوزستان بین سال های 1395 - 1396

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: خشونت خانگی متداولترین نوع خشونت علیه زنان است که اثر منفی بر سلامت روان مـادران، کودکـان، خـانواده و اجتماع دارد. لذا، این مطالعه با هدف میزان وضعیت همسرآزاری و برخی عوامل مرتبط با آن در شهر اهواز صورت گرفت.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی روی 310 فرد مراجعه کننده به پزشکی قانونی اهواز در سال‌های 1395 و 1396 انجـام شـد. اطلاعات مربوط به سن، جنس، شغل، تحصیلات، نوع آسیب و ابزار آسیب از طریق پرونده فرد جمع‌آوری گردید. داده‌ها توسط نرم افزار آماری SPSS-22 با سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: شایعترین خشونت اعمال شده علیه زنان مورد مطالعه خشونت جسمی بـا 1/73 درصـد بـود. شـیوع خشونت روحی-عاطفی 9/26 درصد بود. نتـایج نشـان داد که زنان خانه دار (78 درصد) نسبت به زنان شاغل (9/21 درصد) بیشتر در معرض خشونت-های خانگی قرار دارند و ارتباط معنی‌داری میان شاغل نبودن و میزان همسر آزاری وجود دارد (p≤0.01). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که انواع خشـونت علیـه زنـان با تحصیلات افراد ارتباط دارد (p≤0.001) و در افراد با تحصیلات دیپلم (5/54 درصد) و زیر دیپلم (7/25 درصد) نسبت به افراد دانشگاهی (9/19 درصد) بیشترین موارد همسر آزاری بودند.
نتیجه گیری: خشونت جسمی فراوانترین نوع همسر آزاری بوده و با شغل و تحصیلات افراد مرتبط بود. با توجه به شیوع بالای همسرآزاری، تدوین برنامه‌های غربالگری جهت کاهش این مشکل ضروری به نظر میرسد. بهترین راهکار پیشنهادی بـرای کـاهش خشـونت خـانگی علیه زنان، آموزش است.
