تأثیر یک دوره مصرف مکمل پروبیوتیک بر میزان مالون دی آلدهید، ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی تام و اسید لاکتیک در زنان فوتسالیست

چکیده

زمینه  و هدف: امروزه استفاده از مکمل های  پروبیوتیک جهت پیشگیری از تولید رادیکال های آزاد رواج یافته است.  مطالعه حاضر با هدف تأثیر یک دوره مصرف مکمل پروبیوتیک بر میزان مالون دی آلدهید، ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی تام و اسید لاکتیک در زنان فوتسالیست انجام شد.
روش بررسی: در مطالعه نیمه تجربی حاضر که به صورت کارآزمایی بالینی یک سو کور انجام شد، تعداد 30 نفر از زنان فوتسالیست به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به دو گروه 15 نفری مداخله و دارونما تقسیم شدند. آزمودنی‌ها دارای میانگین  سنی 60/0± 23 سال،  قد:16± 14/167 سانتی متر، وزن  50/7 ± 50/77 کیلوگرم و شاخص توده بدنی 9/4± 1/27  بودند. تمرینات به مدت هشت هفته، سه جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه تمرین  به مدت 75 دقیقه بود. مکمل پروبیوتیک و دارونما به مدت 8 هفته به آزمودنی ها داده شد، جهت تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از روش تحلیل واریانس و آزمون تی مستقل و وابسته استفاده شد (05/0 < P).
یافته ها:  نتایج نشان داد در گروه مصرف مکمل پروبیوتیک کاهش معنی داری در مالون دی آلدهید (05/0< P) و افزایش معنی داری در ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی (05/0< P) نسبت به گروه کنترل مشاهده شد اما تفاوت معنی داری در کاهش میزان اسیدلاکتیک  نسبت به گروه کنترل مشاهده نشد (05/0 > P).
نتیجه گیری:  با توجه به یافته های تحقیق حاضر مصرف مکمل پروبیوتیک می تواند موجب بهبود ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی  در ورزشکاران شود.
