بررسی مقایسه‌ای استحکام باند برشی کامپوزیت رزین به گلاس اینومر اصلاح‌شده با رزین با استفاده از باندینگ‌های مختلف

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف این پژوهش، مقایسۀاستحکام باند برشی بین کامپوزیت رزین و گلاس اینومر اصلاح­شده با رزین (RMGI) با استفاده از باندینگ­های مختلف، در ضمن استفاده ازSandwich Technique  می‌باشد.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعۀ آزمایشگاهی، 60 بلوک از جنس RMAGI به شکل مربع cm1×1 و ارتفاع mm 5 تهیه و به 5 گروه 12 تایی تقسیم شد.
استوانه‎های کامپوزیتی به قطر mm5/2 و ارتفاع mm5 تهیه و گروه 1 بدون باندینگ، در گروه 2 با استفاده از Scotch BondMulti Purpose، در گروه 3 باSing Bond، در گروه 4 با Clearfil SE Bond و در گروه 5 با G bond در سطح بلوک­های RMGI باند شدند. جهت بررسی استحکام باند برشی از دستگاه Universal Testing Machine با سرعت  استفاده گردیدو سطوح شکستگی زیر استریومیکروسکوپ ارزیابی شد و آزمون یک­طرفۀ آنووا(ANOVA) و آزمون توکی (Tukey) در سطح معناداری 05/0 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین استحکام باند برشی (Mp) گروه‌های 1 تا 5 به ترتیب:95/4، 40/13، 79/13، 28/21 و 73/16به­دست آمد.
آنالیز واریانس نشان داد اختلاف آماری معنادار است (001/0P>) و تست توکی تفاوت معناداری بین گروه­های مختلف نشان داد، ولی بین گروه 2 و 3 تفاوت معنادار نبود.
نتیجه­گیری: استحکام باند برشی بین RMGI و کامپوزیت با استفاده از سیستم­های باندینگ به­طور معناداری افزایش یافت و استحکام باند می­تواند بسته به نوع سیستم باندینگ استفاده­شده، متغیر باشد. سیستم­های Self-Etch استحکام برشی بالاتری را ایجاد کردند.
