مختصات روان‌سنجی پرسش‌نامۀ زمینه‌یابی سلامت (SF-36) برای استفاده در مولتیپل اسکلروزیس: ارزیابی روان‌سنجی در بیماران ایرانی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی کیفیت زندگی به‌عنوان سنجش پیامد مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS) می‌تواند نقشی کلیدی در شناسایی اثرات نامطلوب بیماری و تأثیر درمان‌های مختلف در پیشرفت بهبودی بیماران داشته باشد. از این­رو، هدف از مطالعۀ حاضر، بررسی مختصات روان‌سنجی نسخۀ فارسی پرسش­نامه زمینه‌یابی سلامت (SF-36) در MS بود.
روش ‌بررسی: 162 بیمار به شیوۀ پیاپی گزینش‌ شده و پایایی همسانی درونی، اعتبار سازه، همزمان، پیش­بین و افتراقی SF-36 ارزیابی شد که برای نیل به آن از مقیاس شدت خستگی (FSS) و مقیاس 21 سؤالی افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس (DASS-21) استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: همسانی درونی خرده‌مقیاس‌های SF-36 به استثنای عملکرد اجتماعی و مشکلات هیجانی مطلوب بود (93/0 تا 42/0= α). تحلیل اعتبار SF-36 نشان داد که کلیۀ گویه‌های پرسش­نامه از همبستگی مثبت و نیرومندی با خرده­مقیاس مربوط به خود برخوردارند (95/0 تا 48/0 = r)؛ هر یک از خرده­مقیاس‌ها همبستگی معکوس و نیرومندی با سازه‌های خستگی، افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس داشتند (001/0< P؛ 71/0- تا 27/0- =r)؛ مؤلفۀ جسمانی SF-36 نسبت معناداری از واریانس نمرۀ خستگی (0001/0< P) و مؤلفۀ روانی نیز نسبت معناداری از واریانس نمرات افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس را حتی پس از کنترل عوامل مخدوش­کنندۀ جمعیت­شناختی سن، جنسیت، وضعیت تأهل و تحصیلات پیش‌بینی نمودند (0001/0< P) و در نهایت، میانگین تمامی زیرمقیاس‌های SF-36 در دو گروه از بیماران خسته و نابهنجار نسبت به بیماران غیر خسته و بهنجار به­طور معناداری کمتر بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: نسخۀ فارسی SF-36 اعتبار و پایایی مناسبی داشته و می‌تواند به­منظور سنجش‌ تأثیر پیامدهای MS بر روی کیفیت زندگی بیماران به­کار رود.
