بررسی اثرات عصارۀ میوۀ کیوی (Actinidia deliciosa) بر وزن بدن، هورمون‌های تیروییدی، درد و حافظه در موش‌های صحرایی نر هیپوتیروئیدی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: در هیپوتیروییدی تولید اکسیدان­ها موجب اختلالات رفتاری  می­شود. میوۀ کیوی حاوی ویتامین­های مختلف و مواد آنتی­اکسیدانی است. هدف از انجام­این مطالعه بررسی اثر عصارۀ میوۀ کیوی بر وزن بدن، حافظه، درد، میزان T4 و T3 سرمی در موش­های صحرایی نر هیپوتیروئیدی است.
روش بررسی: موش­های صحرایی نر ویستار (250- 200 گرم)، شامل گروه­های: 1) کنترل و 7-2) هیپوتیروئیدی که با تجویزmg/lit  500 داروی متی­مازول در آب آشامیدنی به مدت سه هفته هیپوتیروئید شده، و سپس به زیرگروه­های درمان که به ترتیب: 50، 100، 150، 200، 400 mg/kg/5ml عصارۀ میوۀ کیوی و یا سالین نرمال را 14 روز و هر روز یک­بار به صورت خوراکی(گاواژ) دریافت کردند. 8) کنترل مثبت که دوز mg/lit1 لوواتیروکسین دریافت کرد. هورمون­های T3 و  T4 تمامی حیوانات با روش رادیو ایمیواسی، درد با Tail Flick و حافظۀ حیوانات با شاتل باکس و وزن بدن اندازه­گیری شدند. داده­ها با روش آماری ANOVA یکطرفه و آزمون HSD  با سطح معنا­داری حداقل 05/0 P< آنالیز شدند.
یافته­ها: در موش­های هیپوتیروئیدی هورمون­های تیروئیدی، درد و حافظه به طور معناداری کاهش یافت(01/0P<). دوزهای 150 و 200 عصارۀ کیوی بدون تأثیر بر غلظت هورمون­های تیروئیدی بهبودی درد و حافظه در موش­های هیپوتیروئیدی  را بطور معنادار بهبود داد (001/0P<). 
 نتیجه­گیری: تجویز عصارۀ کیوی به دلیل اینکه سطوح کاهش یافته هورمون­ها متعاقب هیپوتیروییدی را افزایش نداد، بنابراین تأثیری بر محور عصبی -هورمونی نداشته است. می­توان این اثرات بهبودی بخش کیوی بر اختلالات رفتاری متعاقب هیپوتیروییدی را احتمالاً به خاصیت آنتی­اکسیدانی آن در مغز نسبت داد.
