تأثیر تمرین تناوبی شدید بر بیان ژن آدروپین و TNF-α عروقی و میزان نیتروکساید خون موش‌های نر دیابتی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مطالعات نشان داده اند که دیابت نه تنها به عنوان بیماری متابولیکی، بلکه به دلیل اثراتی که بر بسترهای عروقی مختلف دارد به عنوان بیماری عروقی نیز شناخته می‌شود. از این رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر تمرین تناوبی شدید بر بیان ژن آدروپین و TNFa بافت عروقی و میزان نیتروکساید خون رتهای نر دیابتی بود.
روش کار: 60 سر موش نر بالغ نژاد ویستار به‌طور تصادفی در 6 گروه: کنترل سالم، شم سالم، تمرین تناوبی، تمرین تناوبی+سالین، کنترل دیابت، دیابت+ تمرین تناوبی تقسیم شدند. جهت القای دیابت نوع 2 از تزریق نیکوتین آمید و استرپتوزوتوسین استفاده گردید. پس از القای دیابت، رت های هر 3 گروه تمرینی در یک دوره تمرینات 8 هفته‌ای تمرین تناوبی شدید، به تعداد 5 جلسه در هفته شرکت نمودند. 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرینی، نمونه های خون و بافت جهت اندازه گیری فاکتورهای مورد نظر استخراج گردید.
یافته ها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد، تمرین تناوبی شدید در گروه دیابت+ورزش سبب کاهش معنادار گلوکز، مقاومت به انسولین و انسولین، افزایش معنادار سطح نیتریک اکساید سرم، کاهش معنادار میزان بیان TNF-α و افزایش معنادار میزان بیان آدروپین نسبت به گروه دیابت شدp<0/05)).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که تمرین تناوبی شدید از طریق کاهش فاکتورهای التهابی و افزایش آدروپین سبب بهبود عملکرد عروق در افراد دیابتی می‌شود. بنابراین، تمرین تناوبی شدید می تواند استراتژی مناسبی برای توسعه روش های درمانی در بیماری دیابت شود.
