عوامل خطر و شیوع اندوفتالمیت پس از تزریق داخل زجاجیه داروهای Anti-VEGF: مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز

چکیده
ما یک مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز را با هدف برآورد شیوع جهانی اندوفتالمیت پس از تزریق داخل زجاجیه داروهای ضد فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال عروقی (Anti-VEGF) انجام دادیم. پایگاه‌های PubMed، Scopus، Web of Science و Google Scholar برای شناسایی مطالعات مرتبط منتشرشده تا ژوئن 2024 جستجو شدند. عبارات جستجو شامل «اندوفتالمیت»، «تزریق داخل زجاجیه»، «Anti-VEGF»، «بواسیزوماب»، «آواستین»، «افلیبرسپت» و «رانیبیزوماب» بودند. تنها مطالعاتی وارد شدند که بروز اندوفتالمیت را در بیمارانی که صرفاً تزریق داخل زجاجیه Anti-VEGF دریافت کرده بودند، گزارش کرده بودند.
از مجموع 1563 منبع شناسایی‌شده، پس از حذف مطالعات تکراری و غیرمرتبط، 136 مطالعه واجد شرایط ورود به متاآنالیز بودند. در مجموع، 23,809,816 تزریق داخل زجاجیه Anti-VEGF بررسی شد که از این تعداد، میزان بروز اندوفتالمیت0.0382 (95% CI: 0.034 to 0.042) برآورد گردید.
نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که بروز اندوفتالمیت پس از تزریق داخل زجاجیه داروهای Anti-VEGF نادر است؛ با این حال، با توجه به پیامدهای بالقوه شدید این عارضه، رعایت دقیق اصول پیشگیری و کنترل عفونت همچنان از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است.
