چالش‌های اخلاقی در مراقبت از سالمندان: یک مرور تشریحی

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: تجربه‌ی چالش‌های اخلاقی در پرستاری بالینی، امری رایج است. پرستاران در انجام مراقبت‌های پرستاری و ایفای مسئولیت‌های خود در قبال سالمندان با چالش‌ها و مشکلات مختلفی روبرو هستند. از جمله این چالش‌ها می‌توان به ترک بیمارستان برخلاف توصیه‌های پزشکی، تصمیم‌گیری در مراقبت‌های پایان زندگی، غفلت در مراقبت، کمبود نیرو، تجهیزات، زمان اشاره کرد. باتوجه به پدیده سالمندی جمعیت و اهمیت اصول اخلاقی در مراقبت از آنان، مطالعه حاضر با هدف مروری بر چالش‌های اخلاقی در مراقبت از سالمندان انجام شده است.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه مروری تشریحی با جستجو در پایگاه‌های GoogleScholar، PsycInfo، PubMed، Science Direct و پایگاه‌های فارسی Irandoc، Magiran و SID در بازه زمانی 2025-2017 با کلیدواژه‌های چالش‌ اخلاقی، معضل اخلاقی، سالمندان و با معیارهای ورود سن بالاتر از 65 سال و معیارهای خروج عدم تطابق با هدف مطالعه و عدم‌دسترسی به متن کامل انجام شد. در نهایت تعداد 10 مقاله مرتبط با موضوع وارد مطالعه شدند و اطلاعات از آن‌ها استخراج گردید
یافته‌ها: ‌به‌طورکلی 9 چالش اخلاقی عمده شامل: استقلال و خودمراقبتی، تصمیم‌گیری و رضایت آگاهانه، همکاری با بستگان، مراقبت از سالمند، سن‌گرایی، نیروی انسانی، ارزش و احترام، عدالت در مراقبت و تامین مالی، در مراقبت از سالمندان یافت شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان‌ داد چالش‌های اخلاقی مهمی در مراقبت از سالمندان وجود دارد که نه‌تنها کیفیت مراقبت‌های پرستاری را، بلکه بهبود و ارتقا سلامت سالمندان را نیز تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. لذا ضروری است مراقبت از سالمندان بر مبنای احترام، حفظ کرامت انسانی و رعایت اصول اخلاقی باشد.
