اثر تمرین مقاومتی با کش الاستیک به همراه مصرف ترکیب گیاهی ضد التهاب بر پروتئین واکنشگر C و علایم سندرم پیش از قاعدگی در دختران مبتلا به PMS

چکیده
زمینه و هدف:سندرم پیش از قاعدگی (PMS) با تغییرات جسمی، روانی و رفتاری ناخوشایند همراه است و شواهدی نشان می‌دهد که التهاب سیستمیک و استرس اکسیداتیو در بروز علائم آن نقش دارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر تمرین مقاومتی با کش الاستیک در ترکیب با مصرف ترکیب گیاهی ضدالتهاب بر سطح پروتئین واکنشگر C (CRP) و علایم PMS در دختران مبتلا به این سندرم انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها:در این مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی دوسوکور، بیست‌وچهار دختر جوان مبتلا به PMS ساکن شهر کرمان به طور تصادفی در سه گروه: تمرین-دارونما، تمرین-مکمل دوز ۵۰۰ میلی‌گرم و تمرین-مکمل دوز ۱۵۰۰ میلی‌گرم قرار گرفتند. مداخله شامل تمرین مقاومتی با کش الاستیک و مصرف مکمل گیاهی ترکیبی بین دو سیکل ماهیانه بود. ارزیابی‌های خون و علایم PMS با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه (PMS-Q) یک روز قبل از آغاز مرحله خونروی انجام و پس از دو سیکل ماهیانه مجدداً تکرار شد.
یافته‌ها:پس از مداخله، سطوح CRP و امتیاز علائم PMS در هر سه گروه کاهش معنی‌داری یافت (P<0.001). کاهش CRP در گروه مکمل دوز پایین نسبت به گروه تمرین+دارونما معنادار بود (P=0.012). همچنین کاهش نمره علائم PMS در هر دو گروه مکمل دوز پایین (P=0.015) و بالا (P<0.001) در مقایسه با گروه دارونما معنادار بود (P<0.001).
نتیجه‌گیری:یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد ترکیب تمرین مقاومتی با کش الاستیک و مکمل گیاهی ضدالتهابی می‌تواند به طور مؤثری شدت علایم سندرم پیش از قاعدگی و سطح CRP را کاهش دهد. دوز پایین مکمل گیاهی کافی و اثربخش بوده و افزایش دوز لزوماً اثر افزاینده‌ای بر کاهش التهاب ندارد.
