بررسی اثرات آنتی‏ اکسیدان هسپریدین بر بافت کبد موش‏های سوری دچار مسمومیت حاد با مالاتیون

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مالاتیون، به‌عنوان یک ترکیب ارگانوفسفره، می‌تواند باعث آسیب شدید به اندام‌هایی مانند کبد شود. این ترکیب ازطریق مهار کولین‌استراز و القای استرس اکسیداتیو اثرات سمی خود را اعمال می‏کند. هسپریدین، یک فلاونوئید با خواص آنتی‌اکسیدانی و ضدالتهابی، ممکن است نقش محافظتی دربرابر این آسیب‌ها داشته باشد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر حفاظتی هسپریدین بر آسیب حاد کبدی ناشی از مالاتیون در موش‌های سوری ماده بود.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعۀ تجربی، ۳۲ سر موش سوری ماده به‌طور تصادفی به چهار گروه تقسیم شدند: کنترل منفی، مالاتیون، هسپریدین و درمان (مالاتیون + هسپریدین). مالاتیون (mg/kg 3) و هسپریدین (mg/kg 20) به‏صورت داخل صفاقی به‏مدت ۳۵ روز متوالی تجویز شدند. در پایان دوره، پس از بیهوشی، خون‌گیری قلبی و برداشت کبد انجام شد. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخۀ ۲۴ و در سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 0.05 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: در گروه مالاتیون، تغییرات غیرطبیعی در بافت کبد مشاهده شد و سطوح سرمی آنزیم‌های ALT، AST، ALP، بیلی‌روبین تام و مستقیم به‌طور معناداری افزایش یافت. در گروه درمان، این شاخص‌ها به‌طور معناداری کاهش یافتند و بهبود هیستولوژیک بافت کبد مشاهده شد. ظرفیت کل آنتی‌اکسیدانی (TAC) در گروه مالاتیون کاهش و در گروه‌های هسپریدین و درمان افزایش یافت. همچنین سطح مالون‌دی‌آلدهید (MDA) در گروه مالاتیون به‌طور معناداری افزایش و در گروه‌ درمان با هسپریدین کاهش یافت.
