نقش هوش مصنوعی در بهینه‌سازی بیهوشی حین عمل: مرور روایتی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف هوش مصنوعی، در زمینههایی نظیر پیشبینی وضعیت بیمار، بهینهسازی دوز داروها، نظارت بر وضعیت بالینی و پشتیبانی از تصمیمگیریهای بالینی در حین بیهوشی، نقش بسیار مهمی ایفا میکند. این مرور روایتی، به بررسی کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در بیهوشی میپردازد.
روش بررسی: این مقاله مروری در سال 1402 با جست‌وجو در بانکهای اطلاعاتی خارجی Scopus، PubMed، IEEE Explore، و WOS و داخلی ایرانداک و SID در بازه زمانی 2019-2024 انجام شده است.
یافته‌ها: انواع هوش مصنوعی کاربردی در بیهوشی عبارت‌اند از: سیستم Infuse-O.R که با کدهای مغناطیسی کار می‌کند؛ نرم‌افزار Stan pump که نقش نیروی انسانی متخصص را در پروسه بیهوشی کاهش میدهد؛ یادگیری ماشین که با توجه به مقادیر و شرایط مجموعه داده‌های ورودی، سطح داروی بیهوشی را تعیین می‌کند؛ الگوریتم‌های شبکه عصبی که برای تعیین دوز داروی بیهوشی به کار میروند؛ شبکه عصبی LSTM که برای تجزیهوتحلیل و پیش‌بینی عملکرد بیهوشی استفاده می‌شود. برای تشخیص کلاس سیگنال حین بیهوشی، از 32 فیلتر کانولوشن در شبکه عصبی کانولوشن، لایه‌ای با حداکثر پولینگ، لایه دوم کانولوشنی 32فیلتره، لایه پولینگ ثانویه و لایه انتهایی کاملاً اتصالیافته بهره گرفته میشود.
نتیجهگیری: تلفیق هوش مصنوعی در بیهوشی سبب بهبود کیفیت مراقبت‌های پزشکی، افزایش دقت تشخیصی و ایمنی بیماران می‌شود، ولی چالشهایی، شامل حفظ حریم شخصی بیماران، تصمیمات مسئولانه هوش مصنوعی، جلوگیری از تبعیض، افزایش شفافیت الگوریتمها، مسئولیت پزشک و تأثیر هوش مصنوعی در نقش پزشکان نیز دارد. باوجود نقش هوش مصنوعی و وجود دستگاه‌ها، که ابزارهای کمکی حیاتی هستند، حضور و هوشیاری متخصص بیهوشی به‌عنوان بهترین «مانیتور» تضمین‌کننده ایمنی بیمار است.
