تأثیر تمرین هماهنگی دوجانبه بر مهارت­ های هماهنگی در دانش ­آموزان 7 تا 11 ساله با اختلال هماهنگی رشد

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اختلال هماهنگی رشدی (DCD) نوعی وضعیت عصبی ـ رشدی در کودکان است. هدف تحقیق حاضر تعیین تأثیر تمرین هماهنگی دوجانبه در مهارت­های هماهنگی در دانش ­آموزان ۷ تا ۱۱ سال با DCD بود.
روش بررسی: در پژوهش نیمه­ تجربی حاضر، که با طرح پیش ­آزمون ـ پس ­آزمون با گروه کنترل در شهر اهواز انجام شد، از بین کودکان ۷ تا ۱۱ ساله دارای DCD (ویلسون و همکاران، ۲۰۰۰) تعداد سی نفر به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و پس از انجام پیش ­آزمون، به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. پروتکل تمرین به‌مدت هشت هفته، سه جلسه در هفته و به‌مدت سی دقیقه در گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. برای سنجش هماهنگی چشم و دست از آزمون پیشرفتة ادراک بینایی فراستیگ و آزمون هماهنگی دو­دستی استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری از آزمون­های تی وابسته و تحلیل کورایانس استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ ها با استفاده از نرم­ افزار SPSS نسخة 21 و سطح معنی­­ داری (05/0P) انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: پس از دورة مداخله، در هماهنگی دو­دستی (001/0=P) و هماهنگی چشم و دست (001/0=P) در گروه آزمایش، بهبود معناداری مشاهده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته­ های پژوهش حاضر، می­توان از برنامة تمرین هماهنگی دوجانبه به‌منظور بهبود مهارت­های هماهنگی کودکان با DCD استفاده کرد.
