زمینهوهدف:حفظ منزلت بیمار موضوعی مهم در سیستم مراقبت بهداشتی و ارزشی اساسی در مراقبتهای پرستاری است. باتوجهبه اهمیت این موضوع، این مطالعه با هدف سنجش منزلت انسانی در مراقبتهای پرستاری انجام شد. روشبررسی:این مطالعه، مطالعهای توصیفیمقطعی است که در سال 1402 روی 360 کادر پرستاری شاغل در بیمارستانهای آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد بهصورت نمونهگیری خوشهای انجام شد. در این مطالعه، دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک-اجتماعی و پرسشنامه سنجش منزلت انسانی در مراقبتهای پرستاری(DICSN) جمعآوری شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس و رگرسیون لجستیک در نسخه 20 نرمافزار اسپیاساستجزیهوتحلیل شد. یافتهها: میانگین نمره منزلت انسانی در مراقبتهای پرستاری 08/18±99/135 بود. همچنین، میانگین نمره تمام حیطههای پرسشنامه از میانگین بازه قابلاکتساب بالاتر بود. از میان حیطهها، حیطه مهارتهای ارتباطی (04/6±84/42)، محرمانه بودن اطلاعات بیمار (93/3±2/24) و پاسخ سریع به نیازهای بیمار (3/3±42/23) در وضعیت مطلوبتری قرار داشتند.طبق یافتهها، نمره پرسشنامه در زنان (16/17±29/138) نسبت به مردان (9/18±2/133) بهتر بود (002/0p=). طبق نتایج مدل رگرسیون لجستیک، شانس زنان برای داشتن رفتار مناسبتر در رعایت منزلت انسانی در مراقبتهای پرستاری بیشتر از مردان بود (OR=5.54, CI=2.14-14.34)(p<0.001). نتایج نشان داد با افزایش سطح تحصیلات، تعهد پرستاران به رعایت منزلت بیمار کاهش مییابد (p=0.01). نتیجهگیری:در این مطالعه، میانگین نمره منزلت انسانی و همچنین تمام حیطههای آن از میانگین بازه قابلاکتساب بالاتر بود. پیشنهاد میشود در راستای افزایش منزلت انسانی در مراقبتهای پرستاری، دورههای آموزشی مؤثر برای کادر پرستاری برگزار شود.
