بررسی سطوح فاکتورهای پیش‌التهابی سرمی در دختران سالم فعال با مصرف ژل رویال خوراکی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: به‌تازگی نشان داده شده است که ترکیبات ژل رویال فعالیت‌های بیولوژیکی مختلفی دارند. هدف این تحقیق، تعیین اثر شش هفته تمرینات هم‌زمان به همراه مصرف ژل خوراکی رویال بر فاکتورهای پیشالتهابی دختران سالم فعال بود.
روش بررسی: در این تحقیق نیمهتجربی، 40 دختر 20 تا 25ساله فعال با شاخص توده بدنی 18 تا 25 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع به‌طور تصادفی به 4 گروه مساوی 10نفره (1. مکمل، 2. تمرین + دارونما، 3. تمرین + مکمل و 4. دارونما) تقسیم شدند. پروتکل تمرین شامل شش هفته تمرینات هم‌زمان (تمرینات تناوبی شدید + تمرین مقاومتی) در سه جلسه از هفته بود. همچنین سه بار در روز یک کپسول هزار میلی‌گرم ژل رویال یا دارونما مصرف شد. خون‌گیری در 24 ساعت قبل و 72 ساعت پس از مداخلات در حالت ناشتا انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: کاهش معناداری در اینترلوکین-6 در گروههای مداخله نسبت به گروه دارونما مشاهده شد. کاهش معناداری در فاکتور نکروزدهنده تومور-آلفا در گروه تمرین + مکمل و تمرین + دارونما نسبت به گروه مکمل و دارونما مشاهده شد. تفاوت معناداری در سطوح اینترلوکین-6 و فاکتور نکروزدهنده تومور-آلفا بین گروههای تمرین + مکمل و تمرین + دارونما وجود نداشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان‌دهنده اثر مثبت تمرینات هم‌زمان و ژل رویال بر کاهش فاکتورهای پیشالتهابی در دختران فعال بود. همچنین، آثار ضدالتهابی تمرینات هم‌زمان نسبت به ژل رویال بیشتر بود.
