تغییرات سطوح NRG1 و لپتین متعاقب تمرینات HIFT و مکمّل‌دهی نانوکورکومین در افراد چاق

چکیده
زمینه و هدف چاقی و اضافهوزن تقریباً 40 درصد از بزرگسالان جهان را تحتتأثیر قرار داده است و خطر ابتلا به بیماری‌هایی مانند دیابت نوع 2 و بیماری‌های قلبیعروقی را افزایش می‌دهد و تأثیرات اقتصادی قابلتوجهی بر سیستم‌های بهداشتی دارد. تمرینات عملکردی با شدت بالا (HIFT) و کورکومین، ترکیب فعال در زردچوبه، هر دو بهدلیل اثرات مفیدشان بر سلامت متابولیک و قلبیعروقی توصیه می‌شوند. بنابراین، این پژوهش به ارزیابی تأثیر ترکیبی HIFT و نانوکورکومین بر پارامترهای مشخصی مانند لیپیدهای خون و سطوح لپتین و NRG1 می‌پردازد.
روش بررسی چهل مرد چاق بهطور تصادفی به چهار گروه تقسیم شدند: دارونما، مکمّل کورکومین، تمرینات عملکردی + دارونما و تمرینات عملکردی + مکمّل کورکومین. مداخله به مدت هشت هفته و شامل سه جلسه هفتگی غیرمتوالی تمرینات عملکردی بود. نشانگرهای مختلفی ازجمله پروفایل لیپیدی (روش اسپکتروفتومتری)، انسولین ناشتا (روش رادیوایمونواسی)، مقاومت به انسولین [مدل ارزیابی هموستاز[1] (HOMA-IR)]، سطوح لپتین و NRG1 (روش الایزا) قبل و بعد از مداخله به روش اندازه‌گیری شدند.
یافته‌ها نتایج نشان داد در گروه نانوکورکومین+  تمرینات عملکردی (گروه Sup-Ex) بیشترین کاهش در کلسترول کل، LDL-C  و افزایش در HDL-C  را دارند (05/0 > p). همچنین، سطوح مقاومت انسولینی، لپتین و NRG1 در گروه Sup-Ex بیشترین کاهش را داشت (05/0 > p).
نتیجهگیری با توجه به یافتههای مطالعه حاضر، میتوان از ترکیب تمرینات نانوکورکومین به همراه تمرینات عملکردی در افراد چاق برای تنظیم مثبت شاخصهای پروفایل لیپیدی، سطوح لپتین و NRG1 استفاده کرد و همچنین پیشنهاد میشود در تحقیقات آینده از سایر شاخصهای مرتبط با بیماریهای چاقی و قلبیعروقی با مداخله نانوکورکومین و تمرینات عملکردی استفاده شود.
