اثر شش هفته مصرف مکمّل ملاتونین و تمرین هوازی بر تعدیل بیان ژن اینترلوکین-6 در بافت قلب موش‌های صحرایی نر مدل دیابتی (اثر تعاملی تمرین هوازی و مکمّل ملاتونین بر اینترلوکین-6 در کاردیومیوپاتی دیابتی)

چکیده
زمینه و هدف ارتباط بیماریهای قلبی با استرس اکسیداتیو مشخص شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر تمرین هوازی به همراه مصرف ملاتونین بر بیان ژن اینترلوکین-6 (IL-6) در بافت قلب موشهای صحرایی نر دیابتی بود.
روش بررسی در تحقیق تجربی حاضر، تعداد 64 سر موش صحرایی نر ویستار هشتهفتهای (محدوده وزنی 3/11±204 گرم) بهطور تصادفی در هشت گروه دیابت کنترل، دیابت+ ملاتونین، دیابت+ تمرین، دیابت+ ملاتونین+ تمرین، سالم+ ملاتونین، سالم+ تمرین، سالم+ ملاتونین+ تمرین و سالم کنترل شدند. دیابت با تزریق استرپتوزوتوسین 50 میلیگرم بر کلیوگرم وزن موش القا شد. سپس بر روی گروههای تمرین، شش هفته تمرین هوازی تداومی روی تردمیل اجرا شد. همچنین، ملاتونین با دُز 10 میلی گرم بهازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بهطور روزانه و به مدت 6 هفته تزریق گردید. میزان بیان ژن IL-6 بافت قلب با تکنیک ریل تایم اندازهگیری شد. آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکراهه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی برای تحلیل آماری استفاده گردید و سطح معنیداری (05/0 P) در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها نتایج نشان داد که القای دیابت موجب افزایش معنیدار IL-6 در گروه دیابتی نسبت به گروههای سالم شد (05/0>P). همچنین کاهش معنیداری در میزان بیان ژن IL-6 در گروه دیابت+ ملاتونین+ تمرین نسبت به گروه دیابت کنترل شد (05/0>P).
نتیجهگیری براساس نتایج، تمرین هوازی به همراه مصرف مکمّل ملاتونین میتواند با کاهش IL-6 موجب کاهش یافتن التهاب در بافت قلب رتهای دیابتی و درنتیجه موجب پیشگیری از کاردیومیوپاتی دیابتی شود.
