چکیده
زمینهوهدفهدف از انجام این مقاله، بررسی میزان رضایتمندی از خدمات درمانی در دانشکده دندانپزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز و همچنین سنجیدن جنبه های مرتبط از رضایتمندی و نارضایتی با سطح ترس از دندانپزشکی می باشد. روشبررسیاین مطالعه مقطعی در پایان سال 1399 و ابتدای سال 1400 بر روی 460 نفر از مراجعه کنندگان به دانشکده دندانپزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز انجام شد. پرسشنامه اول، شامل پرسشنامه مقیاس ترس از دندانپزشکی( (DFSو پرسشنامه دوم مربوط به رضایتمندی بیماران (DSQ)بود. یافتهها میانگین میزان رضایت در مطالعه ما 62.77 درصد و میزان درد 9.86 گزارش شد. بین میزان ترس در دو گروه مردان و زنان اختلاف معناداری وجود دارد. میانگین نمرات متغیرهای کیفیت و رضایت کل بین دو گروه دیپلم و تحصیلات دانشگاهی بایکدیگر اختلاف معناداری داشتند. نتایج مطالعه ما نشان داد بین ترس با کیفیت و رضایت کل، رابطه معناداری وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری بین میزان ترس در دو گروه مردان و زنان، میانگین کیفیت و رضایت کل بین دو گروه دیپلم و تحصیلات دانشگاهی بایکدیگر اختلاف معناداری وجود داشت. همچنین بین ترس با کیفیت و رضایت کل، رابطه معناداری وجود داشت.
