چکیده
سرطان پوست یکی از شایعترین انواع سرطان در جهان است که علاوه بر عامل شناخته شده ی اشعه ماوراء بنقش، عوامل دیگری نیز اخیرا مطرح شده است که ممکن است در بروز آن نقش داشته باشند. از اینرو، هدف از این مطالعه مروری، بررسی ارتباط نقش عوامل میکروبیوتای پوست، عناصر کمیاب و استعداد ژنتیکی در میزان ابتلا به سرطان پوست می باشد و جهت انجام این مطالعه از مقالات علمی موجود در پایگاههای PubMed، Google Scholar و WOS استفاده گردید. مطالعات مختلف نشان داده اند که دیس بیوز میکروبی یکی از عوامل موثر در ایجاد و نحوه درمان سرطان پوست می باشد. مطالعات دیگر نیز ارتباط بین سرطان پوست و مواجهه با عناصر کمیاب مثل آرسنیک، کادمیوم، کروم، مس، آهن، سلنیوم و روی را مورد بررسی قرار داده اند. نتایج حاصل نشان می دهد که مواجهه با آرسنیک با افزایش خطر سرطان کراتینوسیت همراه است، نتایج متناقضی نیز در ارتباط با نقش سایر عناصر گزارش شده است. از طرف دیگر برخی بیماریهای و اختلالات ژنتیکی نیز فرد را مستعد ابتلا به سرطانهای پوست از جمله کارسینوم سلول بازال و ملانوم بدخیم میکنند. با توجه به میزان بروز بالای سرطان پوست و محدود بودن مطالعات انجام شده، پژوهش های بیشتری در خصوص بررسی عوامل خطر و راهکار های پیشگیری آن، ضروری به نظر می رسد.
