ویژگیهای اپیدمیولوژیکی و بالینی بیماران بستری شده مبتلا به کووید- 19 : یک مطالعه مورد- شاهدی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف کووید- 19 یک بیماری جدید است و در مورد عوامل خطر بیماری، اطلاعات محدودی در دسترس است. هدف،
این مطالعه تعیین ویژگیهای اپیدمیولوژیکی و بالینی بیماران بستری شده مبتلا به کووید- 19 در شهرستان آبادان بود.
روش بررسی در این مطالعه مورد-شاهدی، افراد فوت شده از بیماری کووید- 19 به عنوان گروه مورد و افراد بستری در بیمارستان
طالقانی با تشخیص قطعی کووید- 19 که در نهایت با حال عمومی مساعد از بیمارستان ترخیص شدند، به عنوان گروه شاهد در
نظر گرفته شدند. دادهها از پرونده بیماران استخراج شد. از رگرسیون لجستیک و تحلیل های Generalized Estimating Equation(GEE) برای تعیین عوامل خطر مرگ از کووید- 19 استفاده شد. تحلیل ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 27 در
سطح معنی داری 0.05 انجام شد.
یافته ها داده های دموگرافیک، بالینی و آزمایشگاهی 221 فرد ترخیص شده و 221 فرد فوت شده بررسی شدند. 47.5 درصد
افراد شاهد و 40.89 درصد افراد مورد را زنان تشکیل می دادند. افراد مورد میانگین سنی بالاتر، درصد ابتلای بیشتر به بیماری
زمینه ای، درصد پایین اشباع اکسیژن نسبت به افراد شاهد داشتند، اما بروز اسهال در افراد شاهد بیشتر از افراد مورد بود.
نتیجه گیری اگرچه اسهال با کاهش مرگ در بیماران مورد مطالعه همراه بود ولی برای قضاوت صحیح درباره آنها لازم است تا
سایر عوامل پنهان بررسی نشده را نیز در نظر گرفت
