تاثیر درمان همزمان‌سازی انقباض قلبی (CRT) در بیماران نارسایی قلبی بر بهبود EF بر اساس جنسیت

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: نارسایی قلبی یک مشکل جدی سلامت عمومی می‌باشد که منجر به بستری شدن‌های مکرر، کاهش کیفیت زندگی و مرگ می شود. همزمان‌سازی انقباض قلبی(CRT) یک درمان ارزشمند برای بیماران با نارسایی قلبی می‌باشد اما میزان عدم پاسخ در این درمان بالا می‌باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی تاثیر درمان CRT در بیماران نارسایی قلبی بر بهبود اجکشن فراکشن(EF) بر اساس جنسیت می‌باشد.
روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی و به روش قبل و بعد از مداخله می‌باشد که بروی 21 بیمار مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی دارای CRT مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان امام خمینی اهواز در سال 1398 انجام شد. مشخصات دموگرافیک و بالینی بیماران بررسی و ثبت گردید و جهت بررسی پاسخ به درمان، در تمام افراد میزان LVEF در هنگام خاموش بودن CRT و همچنین پس از روشن کردن دستگاه اندازه گیری شد.
یافته‌ها: افراد مورد بررسی شامل 12 مرد (1/57 %) و 9 زن (9/42 %) با میانگین سنی 99/9 ± 57/64 سال بودند. نتایج نشان داد نمره شاخص شدت MR بعد از مداخله به طور معناداری کاهش یافت (002/0=P). میانگین تغییرات EF قبل و بعد از مداخله CRT بر اساس جنسیت (754/0=P) و سن (617/0=P) بیماران معنادار نبود.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد درمان CRT در بیماران نارسایی قلبی باعث پاسخ بالینی مثبت به صورت افزایش EF می شود. همچنین تاثیر این درمان و تغییرات EF مستقل از سن و جنسیت بیماران است.
