اثر روی و تمرینات ورزشی بر فاکتورهای التهابی و مقاومت به انسولین در دیابت نوع 2

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: التهاب نقش اساسی در مقاومت به انسولین دارد. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثر مصرف مکمل روی و تمرینات ترکیبی بر سطح برخی از فاکتورهای التهابی در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع2 بود .
روش بررسی: در تحقیق نیمه تجربی حاضر 48 مرد مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در 4 گروه کنترل، مکمل، تمرین و ترکیبی (مکمل + تمرین ) قرار گرفتند. پروتکل تمرین شامل شش هفته تمرین، سه جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه تمرین شامل 60 دقیقه‌ تمرینات ترکیبی همزمان مقاومتی و تمرین هوازی بود. مکمل روی روزانه یک کپسول حاوی روی سولفات 30 میلی گرمی مصرف شد.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات ورزشی موجب کاهش معنی دار فاکتورهای التهابی و شاخص های گلیسمی نسبت به گروه کنترل می شود (05/0 > P).. مصرف مکمل نیز موجب کاهش معنی دار فاکتورهای التهابی بدون اثر معنی دار بر شاخصهای گلیسمی نسبت به گروه کنترل شد (05/0 > P).. تغییرات IL-1β و مقامت به انسولین در گروه تمرین و ترکیبی نسبت به گروه مکمل به صورت معنی داری بیشتر بود (05/0 > P) همچنین تغییرات CPR و قند خون ناشتا نیز در گروه ترکیبی نسبت به گروه مکمل بیشتر بود (05/0 > P).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو مداخله مکمل و تمرینات ورزشی موجب کاهش سطح التهاب در بیماران دیابتی می شود ولی برای اثر بخشی بیشتر و بهبود مقاومت به انسولین نیاز به مداخلات ورزشی می باشد.
