رویکردی نو در ارتقاء سلامت زوجین HIV مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره بیماریهای رفتاری ماهشهر: یک مطالعه کیفی

< p>چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ویروس نقص ایمنی انسانی (HIV) یا سندروم نقص ایمنی اکتسابی (AIDS) به عنوان یک بیماری مزمن تأثیر عمیقی بر کیفیت زندگی زوجین مبتلا به این ویروس دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی عوامل زمینه‌سازی است که دلبستگی عاشقانه را در زوجین مبتلا HIV به وجود می‌آورد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه با رویکرد نوع کیفی و با بهره‌گیری شیوه تحلیل محتوی قراردادی با روش استقرایی انجام شده است. مشارکت کنندگان شامل 14 زوج HIV مثبت بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند وارد مطالعه شدند و مورد مصاحبه‌های چهره به چهره و نیمه ساختار یافته قرار گرفتند. بعد از گردآوری داده‌ها، تمامی مصاحبه‌ها پیاده‌سازی شدند و مورد بازنگری قرار گرفتند و طبقات استخراج گردید. در ابتدا شباهت‌های معنایی مورد بازنگری قرار گرفت و زیر طبقات مشخص شدند و سپس در بازنگری مجدد زیرطبقات مرتبط در یک طبقه قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: به طور کلی طبقه اصلی در این مطالعه عوامل زمینه‌ساز دلبستگی عاشقانه و زیر طبقات شامل «عشق و دوست داشتن»، «امنیت عاطفی»، «فداکاری»، «حمایت اجتماعی»، «اطمینان و دلگرمی دادن»، «حفظ رابطه‌ی مثبت»، «مراقبت از همسر» و «قدردانی از همسر» بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: وجود دلبستگی عاشقانه در زوجین مبتلا به HIV زمینه‌ساز رفتارهای عاشقانه، حمایت و مراقبت گرایانه و رابطه امن و ثمربخش بود. کیفیت زندگی در زوجین مبتلا به HIV با وجود این عوامل بالا رفته، که این خود به بهبود وضع جسمانی و روانی آنها کمک می‌کند.
