اثر هشت هفته تمرین تناوبی هوازی و مکمل گزنه بر برخی شاخص های التهابی و کنترل قند خون در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دوم

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: التهاب سیستمیک از عوامل موثر بر مقاومت به انسولین می باشد. هدف تحقیق حاضر مقایسه اثر تمرینات تناوبی هوازی و مصرف مکمل گزنه بر سطح التهاب و کنترل گلیسمی در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 بود.
روش کار: در تحقیق نیمه‌تجربی حاضر 40 مرد مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 (سن: 99/3 ± 08/42 سال؛ شاخص توده بدنی: 62/1 ± 01/27 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) به روش تصادفی انتخاب و به چهار گروه تمرین، مکمل، تمرین + مکمل و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرین تناوبی هوازی به هشت هفته در سه روز از هفته انجام شد. دمنوش گزنه نیز روزانه 10 گرم، 15 دقیقه قبل از سه وعده غذایی اصلی مصرف شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از آزمون‌های تی وابسته و تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه استفاده شد (05/0 ≥ P).
نتایج: کاهش معنی‌داری در سطوح FBS، HbA1C، IL-6 و CRP در گروه‌های تمرین و تمرین + مکمل نسبت به گروه کنترل مشاهده شد (001/0 > P). در گروه مکمل نیز کاهش معنی‌داری در سطوح FBS، IL-6 و CRP نسبت به گروه کنترل مشاهده شد (05/0 > P). همچنین HbA1C به صورت معنی داری در گروه تمرین + مکمل پایینتر از گروه مکمل بود (002/0 = P).
بحث و نتیجه گیری: به‌نظر می‌رسد که هر دو روش مداخله تمرین تناوبی هوازی و مصرف مکمل گزنه نقش مفیدی در کاهش التهاب و کنترل قند خون دارند و ترکیب دو روش اثربخشی بیشتری بر کنترل گلیسمی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 دارد.
